Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
The world’s biggest brick manufacturer, Wienerberger is now distributing the Despimel range of bricks in the UK. Desimpel was formerly part of the Hanson brick portfolio.
Desimpel will be fully integrated into the Wienerberger offering adding to the 300plus products already offered. It means Desimpel bricks will be available via Wienerberger’s national sales and distribution network.
Mark Morris sales and marketing director for Wienerberger, welcomed the move saying: “Desimpel already has a strong customer base, built on its reputation for quality and delivery. As part of the Wienerberger family, we have the perfect platform to enhance the product portfolio and bring these bricks to a whole new range of customers.”
The Desimpel range includes traditional and aged styles in 14 colour variations, with special colours and sizes available to order.
