Wienerberger has a new Thorne in its side

Thorne joined the company in May and has experience working in the construction industry in both the UK and the United States.

The former site manager for David Wilson Homes said he was very happy to be joining the Porotherm team.

“One thing, which does excite me about my new role, is the fact that I will be able to empathise with our customers,” said Thorne.

“I was first introduced to Porotherm two years ago whilst working on the The Larches project in Offenham and I found it to be of an exceptionally high quality. I am looking forward to helping Wienerberger build on its current position within the market and helping Porotherm achieve the recognition it deserves.”

Darren White, director of sales – Porotherm, said: “Jason has extensive, hands on experience within the construction industry and we are looking forward to him using his expertise to provide technical support to our teams and partners in order to contribute to the achievement of Wienerberger’s strategic ambitions, in order to help meet and exceed sales targets.”
