Ventrica wins Direct Commerce Association award

Ventrica won the Direct Commerce 2015 Partnership of the Year Award for 3PL for outsourced European-wide contact centre/customer service provision on behalf of VivoBarefoot.
Managing director, Dino Forte, said: “We are absolutely delighted and honoured to win this accolade.

The award recognised Ventrica’s work with VivoBarefoot, who chose to work with them because they had both the expertise and scalability to provide a centralised UK hub service for all their territories.
