United Tools and Fixings, the power tools and welding equipment company, has teamed up with tool and equipment hire company, HSS Hire.
UTF’s Takeley branch has just opened an HSS Hire Trade Counter to offer customers a hire option from HSS’ extensive range. Customers will also be able to book technical and safety training with HSS.
The integrated branch also includes an on-site testing facility.
UTF Director, Carol McLaughlin said: “We are delighted to expand our business into Hire Service. HSS Hire was the obvious partner for us, with their huge breadth of fleet equipment, national branch network and impressive safety record”.
To celebrate the official opening of the new Trade Counter, UTF are holding an open day on Thursday 21st January from 8:30am until 3:30pm. In addition to free food and drink, free gifts and a prize draw, Comedian Frank Carson will be appearing throughout the day.
