Unique Plumbing Supplies has joined leading merchant group The IPG, bringing its total members to 145.
Working largely with trade customers but having a retail sector too, Unique Plumbing Supplies’ focus is on expansion. The company has recently opened a new branch and aims to open a further five branches over the next five years, bringing its number to 11. This is where The IPG, which offers great access to good purchasing terms for independent merchants, can help.
The IPG works closely with its broad network of suppliers to negotiate deals, which ensure lower prices, lower minimum orders, group offers and improved terms for merchants, allowing them to provide excellent service and compete with the nationals.
“Service is a priority for us,” says Adam Kill of Unique Plumbing Supplies. “We need a reliable service to keep our customers happy. For us price needs to be competitive but we would rather be able to deliver on time without any problems.”
