UK’s biggest construction event returns for second year

UK Construction Week is back for another year following its successful launch in 2015. Organised by Media 10, UKCW will bring together nine shows under one roof at Birmingham NEC on 18 – 20 October 2016.

Their first year saw more than 24,000 trade visitors and 650 exhibitors, and this year’s sign up already includes JCB, Kingspan, Screwfix and CEMEX.

The show will provide visitors with the chance to benefit from exclusive deals from leading brands and the opportunity to network with other professionals, learn more about the latest legislation and the future of the construction industry, see new innovations and learn new skills.

On stage there will be discussions on diversity in construction, tackling skills and housing shortage, BIM and more, while other individual areas will feature sector specific information.

The show consists of Timber Expo, Build Show, Civils Expo, Plants & Machinery Live, Energy 2016, Smart Buildings 2016, Surface & Materials Show, HVAC 2016 and Grand Designs Live.
