The new training facilities provide free training to their customers alongside their newly launched “How To” videos, as part of their drive to support independent specialists.

The aim of the dedicated training department is to provide the employees of trade customers with the facilities to learn about the products and applications, so they can pass this on to their customers.

In addition to the training facilities TIMco has launched a series of “How To” videos, recorded within the training facilities by TIMco’s training managers. The videos provide clear and valuable advice on the products, providing both customers and end users with a clear and concise ‘how to’ instructional video for a growing range of TIMco products.

Simon Midwood, Managing Director of TIMco, comments: “We have always valued our relationships with customers and we strive to keep everyone engaged, motivated and supported in any way we can. These facilities and training videos are just the latest example of ‘how to’ best support customers and provide them with the support required to grow their businesses.”
