The Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing launches virtual appointments

The Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing has launched a virtual design appointment service. Tradespeople can now recommend more flexible times for their customers to talk with a showroom manager. The business has now launched the service nationally, giving customers the chance to speak with an expert either online or in-person from a choice of over 260 UK showrooms.

Parv Sangera, managing director of The Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing, said: “While the pandemic was a difficult time for many businesses, it also allowed many the opportunity to take a step back and reflect on the way they do business. For us, particularly at a time when the demand for home improvements was high, virtual appointments meant that we could conveniently deliver what our customers wanted while adhering to social distancing and at a time and a place that suited them.

“It wasn’t long before we realised that customers were finding real convenience in appointments outside of our usual hours and from the comfort of their own homes. We realise that tradespeople and their own customers are pressed for time, and we are pleased our new virtual appointments can offer more flexibility in how they access expert advice, inspiring CAD drawings and a wide range of leading products.”
