Talking timber with TRADA

TRADA have announced three further ‘In the Regions’ events this year, for the south-east, Northern Ireland and the north-west.
On November 12 at Woodlands Park Hotel, Cobham, Surrey, the evening session will be dedicated to Green Oak in Construction, led by TRADA president Peter Ross.

The Belfast event, on November 26 at the Culloden Hotel, will cover Contemporary Timber Buildings, and be led by Terry Hyland, the technical design consultant (Architectural), for TRADA Technology.

Finally, on December 10, at the Fir Grove Hotel, Warrington. the topic will be Building Codes and Regulations with TRADA regulations and codes consultant Rupert Scott.

The evenings are intended to be informative, but also to provide networking opportunities for all those with an interest in the timber sector, including contractors, timber traders, merchants and manufacturers. CPD certificates will be available on request.

Each event starts at 5.30pm and includes the seminar, a small exhibition of timber-based building products and services and a buffet dinner.
