The Stax Trade Centres Retailer Loyalty Rewards scheme – the incentive that paid out over £1.5million to over 1,500 registered retailers last year – has opened registrations again for 2017.
Loyal customers are rewarded with up to 3% rewards giving them a chance to earn back a significant loyalty payment at the end of the year on eligible purchases once they reach a qualifying spend level.
New for 2017, all purchases, both ex-warehouse and direct deliveries will count towards the qualifying spend level, with rebate then paid on the total amount of ex-warehouse purchases, however to qualify a customer’s spend must be within 10% of their previous year’s total.
Stax Joint MD David Hibbert commented: “The Retailer Loyalty Rewards scheme is our way of rewarding those customers who have consistently supported us throughout the year. Independent retailers are the cornerstone of our business and we want to do everything we can to ensure we support them so that we can all continue to move both our businesses forward over the next 12 months.”

Stax customers who wish to join the 2017 Retailer Loyalty Rewards scheme have until Friday 24th of March to register and may do so by registering online, picking up a leaflet in branch or via their dedicated Stax sales representative.
