Staff at Sovini Trade Supplies have been donating Christmas trees to local schools across Sefton.
The business, part of the Sovini Group, donated trees to Litherland High School and Litherland Moss Primary School. The real Nordmann Fir trees were displayed in the school receptions, and the head teachers were thrilled.
Sarah Greer, Head Teacher at Litherland Moss Primary School, said: “I want to say thank you to Sovini Trade Supplies for the beautiful tree, it looks wonderful in our reception.
“I also want to say thank you to the Sovini Group in general for all the support they offer us, via community projects and campaigns.
“Sovini is a business at the heart of the community and we love working so closely with our partners.”
They also donated a tree to Litherland Youth & Community Centre, as well as to tenants of One Vision Housing who would otherwise be without a tree this Christmas.
Chris Brennand, Sovini Trade Supplies Head of Operations, said: “We’re privileged to be able to bring some festive cheer to local schools and communities.
“Our business is dedicated to doing social good in our community, so we jumped at the chance to donate some of our Christmas trees to benefit local children and their families.
“We hope all everyone who received a tree this year has a very merry Christmas.”
