Wheelchair-friendly trackways and a new ramped activity platform have been constructed over the winter at Calvert Trust Exmoor, the accessible adventure holiday centre for the disabled, using the SnowGrip anti-slip decking donated on behalf of Snows Timber’s decking customers in 2015.
“As our customers helped us reach sales milestones, we added to the number of lengths donated,” says Snows’ commercial director Mark Bowers. “We’re hoping to do even more for Calvert Trust Exmoor this year with our customers’ assistance.”
Rob Lott, head of communications for Calvert Trust Exmoor says: “We’re delighted to be chosen again by Snows Timber for their 2016 decking season. We’re hoping to extend our wheelchair-friendly trackway through our forest and to construct another new activity area for our guests.”
Snows Timber has produced two leaflets for merchants to give to their customers to inspire and inform consumers’ decking plans. The SnowDek & accessories range can also be found in the new Snows Timber Manual. All are available from Snows’ four regional sales offices and from customers’ regular contacts.
