Snows Timber has launched its first picture-sharing boards on Pinterest including one dedicated to encouraging Snows’ customers and industry partners to share photos of the ways they like to stay active, as part of its Active Summer.
Snows joined the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) earlier this month and are supporting the Federation’s Wellness Campaign, which aims to make merchants’ staff, and thus their businesses, ‘fit for the future’.
“With the Commonwealth Games starting today, and so many other sporting events this summer, it’s a good time to remind ourselves and those we work with that even a little more activity in our lives can be a good thing for health & wellbeing,” said Snows’ sales & marketing director Mark Bowers.
Pinterest is an online social media channel which allows users to create and share collections (called “boards”) of visual bookmarks (called “Pins”) that they use to do things like plan trips, develop projects and share interests.
The supplier is looking for customers to join them in supporting the BMF’s campaign by sending their activity photos for the Snows Active Summer picture board at marketing@snowstimber.com.
