Designed for the trade, the new Showroom Rewards programme has sought feedback to ensure that the products and benefits on offer meet high customer expectations. Installers can earn points on all bathroom and tile brochure purchases from The Bathroom Showroom. This includes transactions on a range of baths, showers, sanitaryware, tiles and accessories. Additionally, points will be awarded for successful business referrals where ‘fit only’ jobs are quoted and the products are purchased from The Bathroom Showroom by the end-user.
A large selection of rewards choices are available from gift cards including Love2Shop, John Lewis and Argos, alongside credit notes to pay down account spend. A choice of technology products such as games consoles, TVs and fitness trackers, in addition to experiences such as driving days, short breaks, gourmet nights out and theme park tickets, can also be claimed as part of the programme. Members also receive exclusive access to a variety of discounts from high street names including restaurants and fashion stores to home and garden, leisure, DIY and entertainment brands, as well as the added advantage of being able to manage their rewards account online.
