East Anglian independent builders merchant Ridgeons has announced the retirement of Jeff Turner after 50 years working at the Snettisham branch.

Ridgeons says farewell to Jeff Turner

Turner joined Ridgeons in 1998 following the groups’ acquisition of the Norfolk-based firm Lamberts, with whom he had already accumulated 35 years’ continuous service.

Gordon Ridgeon said: “Jeff was a real hard working team member, who always went the extra mile. Over the years he became incredibly knowledgeable about our customers and always offered an exceptional service. On behalf of the Ridgeon Family and Directors, I would like to thank Jeff for his significant service to the Group and wish him a long, happy and well-deserved retirement.”
