Builders and timber merchants Ridgeons has celebrated a record number of years worked at its annual Long Service Awards.
Some 71 employees were honoured at the ceremony which was held at t Ridgeons’ Green Light Centre in Pampisford, Cambridge; between them they have racked up 1165 years’ service with the group.
Now in their 19th year, the internal awards recognise employees who have dedicated 10, 15 and 20 years of service to the East of England’s biggest independent timber and builder’s merchant.
19 members of staff reached 10 years of service, 53 employees achieved 15 years and nine members of the team celebrated 20 years of service.
