Remeha has appointed a general manager to oversee the sales and customer support teams for its Combined Heat and Power (CHP) business.
Previously, product application manager at Remeha, Mike Hefford has been in the business for a total of 20 years. Prior to being product application manager, he held roles as head of renewables and product manager – CHP.
In the newly created role of general manager, Hefford will be responsible for managing the entire CHP customer journey from specification to commissioning and aftersales support.
Commenting on his new role, Hefford said: “The Remeha CHP team are unrivalled in their expert level of customer service. I look forward to applying my in-depth product knowledge on a broader scale and driving the team to deliver maximum returns for every customer.”
