That means anyone with a scrappage scheme voucher will get a total £800 discount. Plus, Rayburn is absorbing the increase in VAT on all of its products until the end of March 2010.

The Rayburn 480 CD, made by AGA, is the only range cooker available with a built in A-rated gas condensing boiler which gives householders all the benefits of a cast-iron range cooker as well as a powerful central heating and DHW boiler.

At its heart are twin independent Ecoflam pre-mix gas burners, controlled by a central PCB unit which also provides the necessary temperature regulation. Additionally, the 480CD’s electronic ignition eliminates the need for permanent pilot lights, resulting in even greater energy efficiency. The 480CD is a balanced flue, room-sealed appliance and is suitable for positioning against an outside wall and the twin flue terminals have been designed to create minimum aesthetic impact.
