Racing ahead at Interbuild

Silverline Tools were laps ahead of the other stands in Interbuild’s Hall four with a racing theme that spread across the hall.
As well as a vehicle made almost entirely out of tools (with a spanner for a gear stick), the company had a Silverline-sponsored drag racer and touring car.

British Touring Car champion Jason Plato was on hand to talk to visitors about his experiences driving the Silverline Car.

“It’s important that we support our sponsors because we couldn’t race without them,” he said. “I’m here to help Silverline get plenty of visitors to their stands.”

Also on show were some examples of the power tool drag racers from the company’s popular annual amateur racing event, from small, unridden racers to larger vehicles.
