PTS has opened a new channel of communication with its customers by launching its first ever trade counter magazine, Installer News.
The quarterly publication covers the latest industry news, competitions and promotions and hits branches nationwide this month.
PTS marketing manager for installers Jo Smith said: “The plumbing and heating industry is fast moving and as a national merchant we take it as our responsibility to keep installers up to speed.
“Installer News not only addresses industry issues but also shows readers how PTS can help them. The magazine will give installers an outlet for queries, provide them with offers and incentive and demonstrate the support that is available at our branches nationwide.”
