Plumbers merchant PTS are to extend its late night ordering and next day delivery service for its spares customers in preparation of the busy heating season.

The extended service means that orders placed until 8pm will be automatically valid for delivery to any UK branch the next morning. To compliment this and to make product selection even easier, PTS has also published a brand new spares brochure which will be available to pick up at nationwide branches from September.

Chris Bosworth, managing director of Spares, said: “As well as having over 200 dedicated spares counters in branches across the country, we have a national call centre taking calls until 8pm, so access to over 60,000 product lines has never been easier. This availability is backed by expert service and a comprehensive online product selection tool that will make the selection of spares efficient and effective.

“These initiatives have been put in place to provide as much support as possible to heating engineers during the heating season. We hope they will save our customers valuable time, allowing them to capitalise on the peak in the market.”
