Alan Quick has joined software company, Progressive Solutions, as senior support analyst.
His role is to make sure bisTrack users get the maximum benefit out of the software and to oversee the provision of appropriate business solutions as cost effectively as possible. Key to this will be his ability to understand issues from the customer’s perspective.
Quick has worked in software development, training and implementation for the last 24 years, ten of those within the merchant industry, so brings a mass of relevant experience to the Progressive team.
