Plumb Center opens Parts trade counters

Plumbers merchant chain Plumb Center has opened trade counters from sister company Parts Center in 20 of its branches.

The move means that spare parts from leading names including Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Honeywell and Siemens will be more easily available to Plumb Center customers.

Using the Parts Identification System, Parts Center staff can quickly and accurately identify spares for customers, saving them time and effort. Colin McGregor, Parts Center Trading Director, said: “We already supply the widest range of spare parts available anywhere in the UK, and these 20 new Parts Center counters further extend this impressive service.

“We are determined to make it as fast and easy as possible for hvac industry professionals to obtain the parts they need in order to do their job properly. Our service offers them peace of mind, in the knowledge that they have access to the right spares at the right time in the right place.”

Parts Center carries more than 35,000 product lines in over 200 locations nationwide, with online ordering available 24/7.
