PJH has updated its PJH Partners Portal™ e-commerce site by optimising the online ordering platform for mobile use.
The addition of mobile optimisation follows research and feedback indicating that an increasing number of PJH customers are accessing its online ordering platform via smart phones and tablets, and the feature is designed to make the PJH Partners Portal™ experience even more user-friendly and versatile.
Speaking about optimising PJH Partners Portal™ for mobile devices, Sally Hough, PJH’s Multi-Channel Marketing Manager said: “With an increasing number of our customers accessing the PJH Partners Portal™ using smart phones and tablets we have responded by bringing this fresh and dynamic functionality. Mobile optimisation also brings a number of additional benefits such as allowing stock, price and product details to be checked whilst out on a job or when a retailer is out conducting a home design visit.”
Mobile Optimisation builds on PJH’s commitment to continuously develop the PJH Partners Portal™, which since its launch at the end of 2015, has evolved to include a number of class-leading features such as “Price Show/Hide”, which allows the user to share and compare product images and information, on screen, with consumers without them being able to see the trade price and “Print Quote”, which brings retailers the ability to create a personalised quote.
The portal has also averaged a 4.4 out of 5 customer approval rating since its launch underlining its innovation and ease-of-use.
