Pavestone build business with acquisition

Pavestone has announced the acquisition of the Bekstone brand and manufacturing operation from aggregates and building materials company Ennstone Breedon.
The deal, completed this month, sees Pavestone take over the factory and distribution centre based at Burford, near Oxford and will mean the company’s product portfolio will expand to include reconstituted stone paving & walling for structural applications.

Pavestone commercial director Jon Layton commented, “We believe that the addition of the Bekstone product ranges will greatly improve our hard landscaping propositions to our customers and particularly those trading in and around the Cotswolds where Bekstone is commonly specified in housing developments as a preferred building block”
