Palladium Building Supplies gives blood

Independent builders merchant Palladium Building Supplies in Kingsbridge, Devon has donated blood to charity and is encouraging other merchants to follow suit.

Palladium Building Supplies gives blood

On Monday 4th August, six staff members from the Kingsbridge branch gave blood at Malborough Village Hall.

Inspired by the success of the “No Make-Up Selfie” nominations in aid of Cancer Research, Palladium has nominated Inter-Line, Kellaway Building Supplies, Tamar Trading Ltd, Hughes Forrest Ltd and Palladium Building Supplies (Plymouth) to contribute to a worthy cause.

A company spokesperson said: “We generally find that giving to charities can be a fulfilling experience, helping people less fortunate than us.

“Whilst as a business and company we organise charity events such as our annual golf day, we thought we’d actually make a personal promise to contribute to a worthwhile cause, so we chose to give blood, something we’ll now do on a regular basis.”
