Richard Whittington has been appointed as the new Business Development Manager for Wirquin, supporting customers in the South West, Wales and West Midlands region.
Whittington had previously worked for 13 years selling a technical pipework system into a variety of commercial industry sectors and this role included looking after a number of merchant customers too.
His key focus at Wirquin is to develop business in his region both with merchants and to the specification market.
“I chose to move to Wirquin because I was simply blown away by the product range and the amazing innovation within it. Also the constant search for new products they want to bring to market.” He said of his appointment.
