New sales executive joins Howarth

Independent timber merchant Howarth Timer and Building Supplies has appointed Scott Pridgeon as a sales executive to help the firm continue its growth in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire areas.

Pridgeon, who has worked in merchant sales for nearly 12 years, hopes to increase Howarth’s profile, develop the existing customer base, reach out to new clients and encourage further growth for the company.

He will predominantly be based at Howarth’s Thorne and Scunthorpe branches and will visit sites across the branch areas to liaise with clients and establish customer needs.

Pridgeon said: “I’m delighted to have become a Howarth team member and will continue to deliver an excellent service to current and potential clients, further establishing the Howarth brand and boosting company sales.

“I’m looking forward to offering myself as an additional point of contact for our clients in the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire areas and complimenting a well established team.”
