Leyland Trade launches new Truguard Waterproofing range to demystify problems with protection against damp and leaks.
The popular trade paint brand’s new range of waterproofing products aims to raise awareness of how to deal with damp issues. The range features nine products, designed to help address various waterproofing issues affecting roofs, walls, and exterior floor areas.
Leyland claim to make life easier for professionals who may be daunted by dealing with issues such as damp stains and water ingress.
The new range represents a selection of waterproofing products, supported by an in-depth product guide and easy to find information available in-store and online.
The multi-surface Repair and Waterproofer offers a tough and flexible weatherproofing solution based on high tech resin to create a tough, water-resistant seal. It’s suitable for everything from small cracks to larger repairs, and can be used on cement, wood, metal, roofing, and guttering.
Leyland has included a Repair Membrane in the range that complements the Repair and Waterproofer. The polyester fibre membrane can be used to pack and repair cracks in tiles, slates, galvanised sheets, and concrete, as well as fibre cement and bituminous coatings.
As well as Ready-Mixed Crack Repair, the range includes a Roof Repair Tape that can be used on virtually any roof surface, and a Brushable Bitumen paint.
Two seals complete the range: the Exterior Waterseal, for protecting porous walls, including brick, cladding and soft stone; and the Path and Patio Seal, which protects porous floors including paths and block paving stones with a long-lasting barrier against rain, damp, and frost.
