Roofing and cladding provider, Marley Eternit, has launched a new easy-to-fix clay pantile, the Lincoln.
The one of a kind product features the classic clay pantile s-curve with thin leading edge.
It benefits from low pitch capability – down to a minimum roof pitch of just 17.5 degrees at 120mm headlap – and completely ‘open gauge’ to speed up installation and make fixing simple.
The Lincoln has been tested to cope with wind driven rain and can meet the requirements of BS 5534 and NHBC Technical Standards as it comes with a range of traditional clay fittings and accessories. It’s also compatible with Marley Eternit’s Universal systems and Mortar Hip and Ridge fixing kits.
The clay pantile is available in Natural Red and Rustic Red, and is suitable for new housebuilding, commercial projects and refurbishments. With just a single lap, it is an economical clay roof covering with approximately 15 tiles per m2.
