New BMF App brings information to employees’ finger tips

The Builders Merchants Federation has teamed up with mobile-app developers, Crosby Associates to create the BMF Employee Engage App. For use on a smartphone or tablet, the app brings company information to the employee’s fingertips.

The App has been designed for organizations with a scattered workforce, such as multi-site builders merchants or building materials suppliers, or those with teams working off site.

The App is fully customizable to suit the needs of the user, with modular elements designed to streamline communications, motivate teams, create a winning culture and retain staff.

Time is saved for HR staff with essential HR information available on the App, including the company’s Employee Handbook, Policy & Procedures and the employee’s Contract, eliminating the need for them to deal with basic enquiries.

Important information is instantly available with push notifications.

The App also features a survey tool, a moodboard function, Employee of the Month and allows direct communication between an organization and employees.
