Grant Howarth has been appointed Area Sales Manager for Wirquin, supporting customers in the South of England, Wales and the Channel Islands.
Howarth has worked in the industry since his teens, helping his father install kitchens and bathrooms when he lived in Jersey. He began his selling career with Buildbase, Aylesbury, at age 16 working primarily on the counter and phone sales and covering in the yard as and when required.
When he left Buildbase he was in charge of the showroom, designing and selling bathrooms. At Wirquin his role is focused mainly on supporting buying group members in his area. Groups such as IPG, PHG, NBG, Fortis, H&B and PHIL will benefit from his technical knowledge.
