Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
A team of 30 athletes from shower manufacturer Mira Showers has taken part in the Cheltenham Triathlon.
The team were raising money for Leukaemia & Intensive Chemotherapy (LINC) – a charity supporting patients and their families affected by leukaemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers.
Mira Showers has been raising money for the LINC fund for the past year and the 500m swim, 15km cycle and 2.7km run was the Cheltenham company’s latest effort – adding over £3000 to its total.
All monies donated to LINC by Mira – including the benefit of a company pledge to match the funds raised by staff – now stand at well over £40,000.
