Merchant support steps up with launch of Dale display vehicle

Dale has turned the level of support it provides merchants across the UK up a gear with the launch of a new mobile display and training unit.

The new seven metre long merchant support vehicle opens up into a 9 metre display unit fully branded and kitted out with products, displays, information, and AV equipment.

Products include a range of Dale’s made to measure timber windows and doors including its hidden spring sliding sash, an entrance door, and one of its floating mullion flush casement windows.

It is now being made available to merchants across the UK to show their sales teams and customers the features, benefits, and manufacturing qualities that go into every Dale product to support trade days, breakfast meetings, and events that merchants are running.

It can also be used for staff training days to introduce the full range of made to measure timber windows and doors and provide practical advice and support on Dale’s online quotation and ordering system.

A number of merchants within Dale’s UK-wide network have already used the vehicle at their own events.

Richard Chapman, Dale’s sales director, said: “We’re thrilled to have the new Dale vehicle on the road to help deliver practical and impactful support to our merchants. The real strength of Dale is in seeing and feeling the quality of our products first hand.

“We have our show house at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre but to be able to take our products, training and support direct to the merchants’ door is a really positive step forward and the new vehicle enables us to do just this whilst showing the range of features that go into every product we manufacture.

“The vehicle has already been to a number of merchant events and training sessions and has made a really positive impact. We hope more merchants will take up the opportunity to have the unit at one of their own events or to supplement staff training.”
