Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Everwhite Plastics has been the subject of a four man management buyout, forming Everwhite Ltd.
The company, which manufactures PVC-UE cellular foam building products, among other things, has been bought by Richard Taylor, chairman; Paul Jayne, managing director; Alyn Elcock, sales director and Nigel Coombes, technical director.
The new company has the financial backing of Jon Moulton, a specialist in private equity finance and managing partner of UK venture capital firm Alchemy Partners.
Everwhite Ltd managing director Paul Jayne said, “The renewed business safeguards the jobs of 67 employees and provides continuity of service and support for our roofline and plantation shutter customers in the UK and Ireland, the US and mainland Europe.” And, he added, “We intend to increase the workforce to over 100 as we attract new customers. We look forward to building upon the considerable success of the Everwhite brand within the industry.”
