Marshalls' mini boys get set for Keyline rally

The Mini is nearly ready for the start of the rally, having had the logos of its sponsors applied. David Jackson and Andrew Singleton are aiming to raise £5,000 from their trip. The sponsors of the car are: Builders Merchants Journal, Rock Oil, Grace Construction, Lafarge Cement, Tarmac Ltd, Heath Lambert and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance.

The boys set off from Keyline’s Gravesend branch at 6pm on Wednesday June 22 and their trip will culminate in a spin around the top floor of Turin’s Lingotto Hotel; the iconic former Fiat factory with a rooftop test track that featured in the original 1969 film’s getaway sequence.
