Lathams agree first Scottish site

Timber and panel products distributor James Latham are to establish their first Scottish site at the Eurocentral business park in Lanarkshire, bringing their total number of sites to 10.

The company have agreed a deal to take a 40,000sq ft warehousing and distribution unit at Eurocentral on a 17-year lease.

Lathams’ Scotland site manager David Landsburgh said: “In 2007 James Latham celebrated their 250th year in business, a proud boast in any industry. It is a highly respected brand both here in Scotland as well as south of the border and the decision to open their first site outside England here in Lanarkshire reflects just how important this market is to us.”
