Shower enclosure manufacturer Lakes Bathrooms has won the ‘The Customer Intimacy Award’ at Graham’s annual conference in December.

Lakes’ sales & marketing director Mike Tattam says: “It was an honour to receive the award and a proud moment for our business. This is the second award we have won with Graham this year and it reflects our ongoing hard work and commitment to achieve great results.
“The award looks at key areas such as relationships with the sales team, support at trade events, support for branch managers and showroom staff, efficiency and reliability, and dealing with queries quickly and effectively. I’m pleased to say we came top in all these areas.”
The award was presented by Graham’s David Gledhill and Martin Stables.
The independent family business has been supplying builders’ and plumbers’ merchants for more than 30 years.
