KnitMesh to speak at upcoming Fastener Show

Managing Director of KnitMesh Technologies, Lew Bingham, will be speaking at the Fastener Exhibition and Conference, which takes place at the NEC Birmingham on 11th and 12th September.

The talk, entitled ‘FastenKnit – Anti-Vibration & Sound Attenuating Isolators’, will be covering the unique range of properties that can be harnessed from using knitted mesh components. The seminar will explore their benefits in environments that experience high levels of temperature, shock and/or chemical corrosion.

These properties also combine to facilitate high levels of energy absorption which, in turn, enables the products to reduce vibration, attenuate sound and dissipate heat – often in a single application. These versatile components can be designed to meet specific customer needs and are used widely in the very harsh environments encountered in automotive, aerospace, marine and air tool applications, to name but a few.SEMINAR 31784
