The move will increase the Irish manufacturer’s presence and accessibility in Scotland via Beatsons six branches in the region.

Ross Marshall, sales director, at Beatsons said: “We were hugely impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm of the Kilsaran team. Their research and development facilities are second to none and they are exciting innovators in the paving industry, as seen with their leading Newgrange product and eco Clima-pave range.

“We are stocking a wide range of Kilsaran products, with yet more options available direct to site, and already have a great working relationship. The support offered by manufacturers is so important for independent merchants such as ourselves; Rob (Taylor) and the team have excelled with the provision of promotional materials and in store displays. They are flexible and nothing is ever too much trouble.”

Rob Taylor, UK director at Kilsaran, said: “As a privately owned company, we understand the needs of independent merchants and ensure we provide full marketing assistance and support across our growing network, in addition to manufacturing the most diverse range of product solutions and application advice.

“Beatsons is a well-established brand with a long-standing customer base and a reputation for premier service, all of which is a great fit for our business. We only appoint merchants in whom we have the utmost confidence and Beatsons certainly make the grade.”
