Bath and shower tray manufacturer Kaldewei has launched a new training offer, specifically tailored for merchants.
The one day course, held at the head office in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, covers the features and benefits of steel enamel, the manufacturing process, the product range and also looks at installation aids and instructions.
The idea is to arm delegates with sufficient knowledge to recommend solutions to customers for both the supply of baths and shower trays and also achieve a professional, reliable installation.
For merchants who only require certain elements of the training programme, it is also possible to arrange an on-site session with content tailored to meet these specific needs.
