To mark the occasion, Will Timmis, category manager for Finnforest’s Garden Inspirations range presented the 300,000th customer, Ben Jolley and his fiancé Daniela, with a celebratory bottle of champagne and a spa day treat.

The free home delivery service enables merchants, DIY and garden trade customers to maximise on space otherwise occupied by large items such as log cabins, and optimise profitability by removing the time, resource and logistics costs of handling them.

Once an order has been taken in store, Finnforest takes on all responsibility for its fulfilment and delivery as well as monitoring customer satisfaction post sale.

Halls Garden Centre placed the 30,000th home delivery order from Ben Jolley and Simon Whitehead of Halls Garden Centre commented: “The free home delivery service from Finnforest works for everyone; our customers love the fact that there are no logistical issues when they purchase larger items like a log cabin or deck and pergola kit, while the time savings we can make by passing this responsibility back to Finnforest means that our margins for profitability are maximised.”
