Jewson md goes to business school

Peter Hindle MBE, md of builders merchant Jewson is to take a seat on the new Advisory Board of one of Europe’s leading business schools.

Hindle joins top names from the world of business on the advisory board at the Cranfield School of Management. They include Lord Karan Bilimoria CBE DL, chairman of the Cobra Beer Partnership, Andy Bond CEO ASDA, Joe Greenwell, chairman of Ford of Britain and Andy Harrison CEO of easyJet plc.

Hindle said: “I am delighted and honoured to be asked to join the Advisory Board. Throughout the Saint-Gobain Group we place a very strong emphasis on learning and personal development which is completely in line with the goals and objectives of Cranfield and I hope to use my own experience and skills to support the ongoing development of Cranfield and the next generation of business leaders.”
