Manufactured from chromium nickel steel for improved durability on the gripping and cutting face, each item also features Irwin’s trademark ProTouch Grips, which are moulded for comfort and provide less hand fatigue.
In addition, the new range of VDE pliers have not only been passed as safely working with live electrical equipment up to AC 1000Volt or DC1 1500Volt, they have also been awarded the TUV & GS safety certificates.1 awarded after rigorous independent testing.
In addition to Long Nose Pliers, Bent Nose Pliers, Combination Pliers, Diagonal Cutter Pliers and Wire Cutter Pliers, the range also includes an Adjustable Wrench, GrooveJoint pliers and the GrooveLock.
The GrooveLock multi-groove ratcheting system provides more groove positions than standard groove joint pliers, while the ‘press-n-slide’ button quickly adjusts the lower jaw up to 50% faster than its rivals.
