International Timber welcomes trio of new starters to support company growth

Three new recruits will strengthen the sales team at International Timber, as the company undergoes a period of growth.

 

George Roberts, Jermaine Metz and Graeme Shannon join the team at the Trafford Park HQ as International Timber continues to expand.

George Roberts joins as Internal Softwood Sales Consultant and brings a wealth of experience gained at Gibbs and Dandy Market Harborough where he was Assistant Branch Manager.

 

Phil Taylor, Regional Sales Director, said: “George has so far been working in the merchant industry with product, customer service and sales experience. I am sure he will be a real asset to the business.”

 

Jermaine Metz joins the team as External Graduate Trainee from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida, and will be embarking on a training course in all aspects of internal and external sales while also gaining product knowledge.

 

Graeme Shannon also joins the team as External Sales Representative covering the West Midlands.

 

Taylor said: “Graeme previously worked at Snows Timber and has spent all his working life in the timber trade selling hardwoods, softwoods and panel products.

 

“He will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our presence in that area which will be key for Trafford Park in 2017.”
