East Anglian independent builders merchant Ridgeons has launched an employee Foundation Degree (FdA) in Management.
The bespoke work-based Foundation Degree was developed in collaboration
with Anglia Ruskin University and will be open to staff across the group which includes: Ridgeons Timber and Builders Merchants, Ridgeons Forest Products, Ridgeons Timber Engineering Services (RTES), CRS Wholesale, Anglia Tool Centre (ACT) and Ridgeons Independent Living Centre.
There are currently 19 students registered on the 2 year long degree programme who will study through a combination of online learning and face-to face teaching at the University’s Rivermead campus in Chelmsford. Degree modules will cover Managing People, Customers and Markets, Managing Projects and Organisational Change, Business Planning and Decision Making.
