Lintel manufacturer IG Lintels has celebrated its 60th birthday with a gala dinner in Cardiff.
The evening started with a champagne reception followed by a dinner hosted by David Meade.
One highlight of the evening was a special video, made in the style of the Back to the Future films, featuring IG managing director Derrick McFarland and Sean Coyle, chairman of the Keystone Group, IG’s parent company. The video looked at the history of the company and how it has developed along with the industry.
The after dinner speaker was the rugby union referee Nigel Owens.
The total amount of money raised by a raffle on the night for IG’s chosen charity, Alzheimer’s Society, was £2,000.
