Ideal Boilers has redeveloped its website, www.Idealboilers.com, offering installers a range of new features and upgrades in a bid to make their working day easier.
As well as information about the company and its product range, installers can use their laptops, tablet computers and smartphones to book training, read specification sheets and installation manuals, plus access technical support.
The Installer Connect loyalty scheme has also been upgraded, creating a business support tool for loyal installers.
The new Members’ Area offers a range of features, which the company hopes will make installers’ lives easier and help build their businesses. Installers benefit from free Gas Safe notifications and easy warranty registrations, and also have exclusive access to the ‘Marketing Toolbox’ where they can create various branded marketing collateral, as well as an online business profile that consumers can view on the ‘Find an Installer section’ of the Ideal website.
Every time an installer buys an Ideal boiler they can earn points which can either be cashed in for rewards such as iPads and vouchers, or double up the points-value when they opt for the new Toolbox.
This means it takes installers less time to earn items like branded flyers and stationary, contributions to local advertising and even a fully branded website.
