Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Brick manufacturer Ibstock has won nine awards at the Brick Development Association Brick Awards 2009, more than any other brick maker.
The awards recognise excellence in design and construction using brick.
The awards presented to Ibstock were: Best Educational Building, Best International Project, Best Public Building, Best Innovative Use of Clay and Brick Products, Refurbishment – Geoff Flower Memorial Award, Volume Housebuilding and Specialist Brickwork Contractor of the Year. The company was also awarded the Supreme Winner Award 2009 for the Guildford Education Campus in Surrey.
