IBC welcomes new marketing manager

IBC Buying Group has appointed Tony Newcombe as its new Marketing Manager.

Newcombe joined IBC on 1st November, and is responsible for expanding all aspects of marketing for the Buying Group, its Members and Supplier Partners. He has extensive marketing experience within the merchant industry, having worked for Grafton Merchanting and its subsidiary brands for more than 40 years. He is also well-versed in ERP and CRM solutions, and will be using these skills to help IBC continue to develop its digital strategy, following the recent launch of the IBC Business Information Zone.

He said: “This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging business. IBC Buying Group is enjoying a fantastic period of expansion and growth, and I am thrilled to be working with such a strong and dedicated team going forward as we work tirelessly to support our Merchants and Supplier Partners.”
